All services are subject to availability, inspection of the property, and approval of the scope of work. FireMaster Restorations reserves the right to refuse service when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or outside the scope of our professional capabilities.
Estimates, Payments & Billing
All estimates provided by FireMaster Restorations are based on the visible condition of the property at the time of inspection. Additional damage discovered during the restoration process may require adjustments to the final cost.
Payment terms will be discussed before work begins. Customers are responsible for all agreed-upon charges unless otherwise covered by insurance. We may assist with insurance claims, but we do not guarantee claim approval or coverage decisions made by insurance providers.
Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services until balances are resolved.
Emergency Services & Liability
FireMaster Restorations offers 24/7 emergency response services; however, response times may vary depending on weather, road conditions, natural disasters, or high service demand.
While we use industry-standard restoration methods and equipment, FireMaster Restorations is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing property damage
- Hidden structural issues
- Delays caused by third parties or insurance providers
- Losses resulting from unsafe property conditions
- Damage caused by failure to maintain restored areas after service completion
Customers are responsible for removing valuable or irreplaceable items before restoration work begins whenever possible.
